By using this website or placing an order with Ammo Quae, Inc., you are agreeing to the below statements and Terms of Sale.

Customer Affidavit

By placing an order with Ammo Quae, Inc., you affirm and certify that:

I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearms accessories to me, Ammo Quae, Inc. is not violating any federal, state, or local law or ordinance.
I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
I am not a fugitive from justice.
I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and have not been committed to any mental institution.
I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien prohibited from possessing ammunition.
I have never been and am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
I am not currently subject to any domestic violence restraining order.
I have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
I will not conduct any unauthorized export of ammunition or defense articles in violation of federal law.

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation

If any statement in the Customer Affidavit is untrue, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Ammo Quae, Inc., and its owners, officers, agents, and employees against any resulting damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.

Order Review & Payment Process

Ammo Quae, Inc. does not automatically process credit card payments at checkout.

When you submit an order:

Your order is treated as an offer to purchase.
Our team will manually review your order.
We will contact you via email or phone to confirm product details, availability, pricing, shipping information, and complete a verification process.
Payment will only be processed after verification is completed and the order is formally accepted.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. Ammo Quae, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, legal concerns, or product unavailability.

Shipping

We strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Shipping carrier options will be communicated during the order finalization process.

You may not change your shipping address after payment has been processed without written approval from Ammo Quae, Inc.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the products are delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Once delivered to the shipping address provided and confirmed, you assume responsibility for the products, including risk of theft or damage.

Shipping Destination Restrictions

Ammo Quae, Inc. complies fully with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We do not ship:

Outside of the United States
To any state, municipality, or locality where shipment is prohibited by law
To any individual who fails to meet legal requirements or verification standards

Orders submitted in violation of shipping restrictions will be canceled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Because orders are manually reviewed and verified prior to payment processing, you may request cancellation prior to payment confirmation.

Once payment has been processed and the order has been accepted, cancellations may be subject to administrative or restocking fees at the sole discretion of Ammo Quae, Inc.

Order Cancellation by Ammo Quae, Inc.

Ammo Quae, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, inability to verify customer information, legal concerns, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel an order prior to payment processing, no charges will be incurred. If cancellation occurs after payment processing, a refund may be issued minus reasonable administrative or processing fees.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to accept delivery at the confirmed shipping address.

If you fail or refuse to accept delivery:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds, if issued, may be reduced by shipping charges and restocking fees.

Returns

Due to the unique and regulated nature of ammunition and related products, Ammo Quae, Inc. accepts returns only for damaged or defective products, not for cosmetic damage to packaging.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at ammoquae@yahoo.com. All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be properly packaged. Upon inspection, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

Ammo Quae, Inc. is a retailer of products manufactured by third parties. We make no independent warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

You agree that Ammo Quae, Inc. shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from:

Use, misuse, storage, or transportation of products
Reliance on information provided on this website
Manufacturer defects

You agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Ammo Quae, Inc., and its owners, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, civil liability, or criminal prosecution arising from your purchase, use, storage, or transportation of products.

Jurisdiction

Any lawsuit against Ammo Quae, Inc. must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

You agree that any action filed in another jurisdiction shall be subject to transfer to Pennsylvania, and you agree to reimburse Ammo Quae, Inc. for reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in enforcing this provision.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings between you and Ammo Quae, Inc. will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Ammo Quae, Inc.

E-mail Communications

By placing an order or submitting your information through our website, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from Ammo Quae, Inc. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Pricing errors in promotional emails do not obligate Ammo Quae, Inc. to honor incorrect pricing.

Recording Customer Phone Calls

To ensure quality customer service and security, Ammo Quae, Inc. may record and monitor customer phone calls. By communicating with us by telephone, you consent to such recording.
